I got a couple of NOS Remington 11-87 screws from Numrich. All-in delivered for ~$23.xx turns out they were too long. They measured at 1-1/2”. They were too long and not going to bother sending them back. Ended up finding some #8 1-1/4” wood screws that worked great. So, now, I have two extra screws that are too long sitting around ha!

Just curious as to what type of screw is needed for a Factory 11-87 Synthetic buttstock. I replaced a Speedfeed pistol grip stock on an 11-87 with a traditional synthetic stock. The screws on the Speedfeed were stripped out. The new stock I bought off of eBay came without the recoil pad and without screws so I’m curious if anyone might know offhand.

New guy here in the process of changing out parts on the VersaMax tactical. I’ve done almost everything I can listed here. Having trouble getting the extractor pin out so I’m going to send it down to Benny Hill to work on and change out a couple springs in the trigger group as well as shaving the bolt and adding an extended lifter. 
 

a question I have, since I’m changing out parts where I can, is there a compatible Wolff or Benelli spring for the ejector?  I got a Wolff M2 spring thinking it would work but it’s much shorter than the OEM one. 
 

Also, on an unrelated topic, I’m looking at a DMW Easy loader for my 11-87 Special Purpose. Does any have a copy of the instructions? I’ve seen some threads regarding this and the files are dead links.
