TonyG35 Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 What is the size of the center dot in the meopta kdot? Meopta Scope Info. "Meopta's Advanced Illumination Technology powers a 2 MOA dot at seven levels of intensity"
AlamoShooter Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 2min @ 4 power and 4min @ 2 power and 8min @ 1 power you have to do the math for the 3 power setting
mike.45 Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Alamo, dont you mean its 2MOA at 1X and 8 MOA at 4X......... At 1x at 100m the dot is 2 inches across. Turn it up to 4x and the dot is 8 inches across at 400m
AlamoShooter Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 The Meopta is not a 'Limey' scope do they even let the Brits have scopes?
mike.45 Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Only if we promise never to mount them on anything more dangerous than a nail file and are closely supervised at all times.
bigbrowndog Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Mike, no wonder you have to come over and shoot before a match????? you can't keep your scope info straight. Believe it or not Alamo is right, I know, I know, but hey even a blind squiro!!! can find an acorn once in a while. trapr
mike.45 Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Cool, I stand corrected - thanks traps I was thinking about it the wrong way round.
