kimberacp
Here is a new SV Infinity pistol presented by Spanish top shooter, Jorge Ballesteros.Jorge Ballesteros' blog. I like it. Is the slide only cut back? It still has a 5" barrel?
Julien Boit
The slide is an IMM slide, so 4.5 inches, the barrel is a 5 inches.

ebg3
Would that be a legal setup in USPSA Limited division? That is a cool look and it definately gets the slide weight down. EG

Julien Boit
I think this is Ok for USPSA limited. The 5inches sight tracker is legal for limited, technically, this is the same pistol.
RIIID
The slide and barrel need to be of the same length(I think I saw once if the barrel was within 0.200 longer it would be OK) to be legal. A 5" barrel has to have a 5" slide, 6" barrel needs a 6" slide to be legal. So if the slide on his gun was cut back like in the picture that would be illegal. If that's a 5" slide with a 5.5"or 6" barrel that wouldn't be legal. I'm speaking USPSA legal. Rich
Julien Boit
I didn't knew about this, sorry. Thanks Rich for enlightening me And, sorry guys, for once, this pistol is geared toward IPSC Standard Division You got six inchers, we got this one
ahtsay
Besides having a lighter slide, what other performance advantage can we expect from a pistol like this? Of course Jorge could probably win with a slingshot. Really unique and interesting.
