Paul Burtchell
Let me see if I have this right. It is perfectly legal for me to sell and ship someone in California HiCap Glock mags as long as I disassemble the mags??
yoshidaex
its a touchy subject but yes, as long as they are shipped into the state disassembled to be used as REPLACEMENT parts. Some sellers are still uncomfortable and that is totally understandable. Have a read HERE from the folks over at Calguns.net Theres a link here to a official letter from the CAL DOJ office in regards to magazine repair.
