Shipping HiCap Mags to California

Let me see if I have this right. It is perfectly legal for me to sell and ship someone in California HiCap Glock mags as long as I disassemble the mags??

its a touchy subject but yes, as long as they are shipped into the state disassembled to be used as REPLACEMENT parts.

Some sellers are still uncomfortable and that is totally understandable.
