Anyone using Ghost mag pouches?

I did a search and really can't find anything on them here. I like that you can run them cross or facing out but don't know about their mounting methed. Looking to use them on a Limited rig. I'm just on a buget so can't really go for the Guda or Limcat rite now. It's ether going to be Ghost or Speedsec for now. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Scott

Chris

WHY, does he have to justify his preferences to you?

Apparently that is the type of mag pouch he wants and since there are companies that make them, there must be some demand for them.

He simply asked for some info just like a lot of newbies do, and should get it without a load of B.S.

By the way, he has tried my belt with "normal" mag carriers and still wants them screwy side ways things.

I don't understand him either, but I've been trying since he was born!

His big brother

PS: Leave him alone or I will meet you after school :roflol:

And this is my big brother standing up for me? Something just doesn't seem rite about that but then I am screwy.

Just ordered CR speeds from Brownells

I do like facing forward pouches but between the price for Limcat and Guda and the unknown produce of the Speedsec and Ghost I will do with the CR's for now

Thanks for the replyes guys

Mildot1, perhaps I should have made a distinct seperation between my 1st question & my later statement. :)

I'm sorry if you thought my reply was B.S. I was simply asking what his reasons might be for wanting a sideways mag pouch. I didnt even know that Ghost made a mag pouch.

I also meant to say that the CR Speed mag pouch cant be all that bad, if there are dozens of GM's using them. And at quite a significant cost savings from the Limcats, and many other expensive alternatives out there. So if he were to try a standard facing mag pouch, the CR's would be my choice.

The Ghost holders are very nice. They have a pretty slick mounting system and come with both holders so you can experiment to see which you like better. My son uses them and if I were to buy again I would get them { I use Safariland 773's}.

Man missed the post. I have one of the first sets of limcat transformers, I love them. The ghost are really nice but the one thing the limcats have over the rest, any position you want! As the pouches come around your hip you can rotate them flatter if that make sense? My front one are straight out and start to come flatter as I get to my hip bone. Also you can rotate them around from horizontal to vertical or any were in between. The other thing is any mag you want no spacers required, from my single stack to my big stick. You just twist the screws to tighten for running or loosen them way up for standing reload stages. And lastly I did buy them no gift or sponsorship by Johhny.
