mpeltier Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 I recently acquired an FN FNAR .308 rifle. A friend of mine has offered me a brand new .308 supressor he bought for a rifle he no longer has. The FNAR has a bbl that is not thread. Before i go thru the paperwork etc. would anyone know if it is ok, or even worthwhile to have this bbl threaded to install the supressor. The size and weight of this rifle, as well as the 20" bbl has me thinking this might be a good candidate for a supressor. Any recomendation on who could do the threading. The closer to Florida the better.
