Chills1994 Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 Hi there everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has the Steel Challenge or the "speed plates" stage diagrams in a drawn to scale format. Our club has removed the earthen side berms that were once separating the bays, and replaced them with large concrete blocks. Maybe it is an optical illusion...or maybe it isn't, but the bays that we have now feel smaller. So I was thinking it would be neat if we could set up or "stack" similar stages together...where it might just be a matter of laying a steel target or two down...and tipping another target or two upright. If...IFFF??? that would even be close to possible. If we had the stage diagrams all printed out in the same scale, then it would just be a matter of printing them out and putting one over another and then holding them up to the light to see which ones "synch up". Thanks.
Steve J Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I just did these for one of the local clubs. We staked out the target stand locations this morning. It took 1.5 hours to mark 8 stages in 3 bays. Set the center line and base line with 100' tape measures and use a rigid 25' measure off the centerline to set the markers. Steel_Challenge_Overhead.ppt
