Load data for XDm

Ok I know you all have read and probably answered a lot. I have done a lot of searching and still have a few questions so I figured I would ask. I have a new XDm in .40 that I want to start shooting major with, and was wondering what loads you all recommend. Lead vs Plated/jacketed and what powder you like best. I know what I like in my 38 super and 45 but have no clue where to start the new platform. Also if you use a lighter load for practice I would like to know what that is as well.
