this is going to take a long time

Our family very, very much appreciates what eveyone is doing wth prayer

God is the great physician if it is in his will my dad will recover

I am very greatful that Brian Enos built this communication tool for us to use

Sounds to me like your Dad did a pretty good job raising his Son, I really hope that your Dad pulls through this. God Bless

my dad is still kept unconcious with medication

his blood pressure is good enough to take him off the BP meds

His oxygen quality has improved 50%, he still needs the ventilator though

his lungs have improved slightly

I know everyones prayers are helping, I really really appreciate it

We are aiming at continual gradual improvements and we are getting there

I appreciate the prayers.

My Dad is still in the hospital in pretty much the same condition.

Thanks for the prayers.

To say that my step mom and I are "mission focused" individuals would be an understatement.

Our mission at this point is to keep praying, get him better and handle this as it develops.

I wanted the Benos members who have our back how much I appreciate the prayers and I will update the community with info on his recovery as he gets better.

I'm sad to report my dad didn't make it.

He passed away peacefully this morning at 11:19 EST in Asheville, NC.

Mike was a great person. He dedicated the last 26 years of his life to fighting pediatric brain tumors.

He and his wife Dianne founded The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and Ride For Kids charities. Together they built an army of volunteers nationally and assembled a full time staff who have raised appx $50,000,000 to fund research and programs to end this disease.

He raced motorcycles competitvely when he was younger and was a general all around motorcycle enthusiast his whole life.

He served his country in the 2nd Infantry Division, He was proud to have served his country.

He was an old time, solid state workaholic and feisty irishman.

He started dirt poor. He broke ponies, worked on farms and dug ditches for the gas company in his early years.

My family and I are very grateful and impressed at the warm thoughts and prayers that the Benos community has extended us.

I am certain that your prayers have made his passing much easier for us to endure.

see you on the range

Brian,

My wife and I just read this together. We are very sorry to hear that your dad is gone to heaven so soon. I know that is where he is as all good people go there I am sure. My Pop is a cycling enthusiast who, because of your father has ridden many time in the Ride For Kids charities. Amazing to think of all the good that one man with a vision can accomplish. I am humbled when I read of his accomplishments. Truly a great and good person who will be missed on earth, but welcomed into the here-after.

The Mero Family.
