Viggen
Good news that she is on recovery road. Now it takes time and determination. As to the situation, was she wearing any sort of gear - helmet, boots, leathers? Passenger or rider?

eerw
Stuart,How is she doing? sorry for the lack of updates... she went home over the weekend..fantastic. she is using a walker to help her movement. doc didn't want her in a wheelchair. she is mending..very sore, has some nerve damage which is frustrating to her. but she is doing well.. she is surrounded by love, support and encouragement. Thank you all for the prayers, thoughts and support.
ima45dv8
Stu, I'm very glad to hear things are progressing well. Let's hope she doesn't go for any more rides in the future.
kimmie
Even more prayers from the East coast - I work in the medical field and I am always amazed at how quickly and fully young people recover from devastating injuries!! She sounds like she's on her way! (And that's why I sold my motorcycle - I'm old and don't heal fast anymore!) Donna

Gil
My prayers have been there the whole time, I too have been there and spent month and a half in coma and 2 years self induced rehab, I still ride and always will, people that ride and shoot are tough and the best people in the world

Carlos
Grat news she is home. Good call on not using the wheelchair. I raced for about a decade and the fastest motocycle wreck recoveries we saw were from LESS use (not more) of aids like wheelchairs, plaster casts, etc. by certain doctors - particularly sports medicine doc.s
