AN ACT EXEMPTING FROM FEDERAL REGULATION UNDER THE COMMERCE CLAUSE OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES A FIREARM, A FIREARM ACCESSORY, OR AMMUNITION MANUFACTURED AND RETAINED IN MONTANA; AND PROVIDING AN APPLICABILITY DATE.

Turns out the original legislation is from Utah and Texas is also attempting to pass the same thing. Appears that

the best place for us to live is going to be Texas where both STI and SVI are stationed !!
