getting free concert tickets

read in the paper that I'm getting a couple of free tickets to watch a little band called

AEROSMITH

in 07, they were coming to Maui for a concert, about a week before the show, they canceled. someone sued and I was included in a class action lawsuit against them. up until now, all that meant was I'd get a letter now and them from a law firm I never heard of updating the status of the suit. I would read them and toss'um, thinking nothing would happen.

Unplugged Aerosmith is still way better than non existent Aerosmith. I wouldn't have pegged you for a Stephen Tyler guy, Ray...damn learn something new ever' day.

Why the class action suit against the band for canceling their concert? Did they not offer to refund the price of the tickets?

Oops, never mind... I read the news article and I found the answer to my question.
