My powder of choice and supply is 296 and I really wnat to use this since I have 12# of it thanks I read an article in an issue of Handloaded an issue or two ago that had a big write-up on just this subject. I can see if I can find it. If you can find it, its the issue with a carbine on the cover maybe two issues back. I think this was only on lead though. The plated may not work at carbine speeds.
