Price Check on a 17-3

Having recently made the switch to the round-gun (may even get to shoot the Nationals!) I have become interested in a Model 17 or 617.

On the way home from work, I visited a couple of less frequented gun stores and came across a 17-3 with a six-inch barrel.

I would estimate it at 70-80%; the finish and crown are rough, the bore looked good and the the lock-work seemed very good.

They are asking $550 plus tax which seems high to me considering the other store had a new 617 for $730 plus tax.
