ihatepickles
I'm looking for a moon holder for my .38 and 9mm moon clips that would be suitable for everyday CCDW on my belt. The only J frame moon holders I've seen are Del Fatti and I didn't care for their design (no finger cutouts and hard to remove from the pouch). Reasonable cost isn't an issue for me, I just want something reliable and well implemented. Who's seen some?
festus1
a cell phone case works pretty well for 7 shot L frame moons. Might try piece of pvc inside for J frame moons.

Carmoney
Not sure about anyone else, but I've always considered a J-frame to be a pocket gun. If I feel the need to strap up with a holster and ammo carriers, I'm going to be carrying something more.....shall we say.....substantial..... Boats
I carry my J frame reloads in a bianchi speed strip stuffed into a sun glass case. Its not fast, have shot stage I of the IDPA classifier with it just for grins on the timer you can see just how slow it is. You can get a reload out of the strips and I recommend practicing. One advantage is it's possible to "top off" with speed strips while all other methods require going to empty. Something I practice too.
