Open topend in 38 super?

To Henning and all:

Anyone know if it is possible to get a complete Open topend in 38 super? Meaning a complete slide, barrel and comp?

I'm looking at a possible deal on a 45 acp open gun but would need to make sure I can get a replacement top end for it. Also, am I right to assume that all the 45 acp guns were large frame guns?

You are right, all 45acp ARE large frame guns!!!! should be possible to built/buy a open top in 38 super, but tanfoglio has changed dimensions slightly here and there over the years, so it might need fitting. how much is hard to say. Might just snap right on too. good luck.
