Ok so here's the rules!

Write out a few lines of lyrics from a song and then

everyone guesses the artist and title. :D Once you

write your answer add your own song to the list!

Please don't use Satan, I mean Google, it makes answering too easy :P

Anyways here's the first one, easy one!

Oh the shark has, pretty teeth dear,

and he shows them, a pearly white.

Just a jackknife, has MacHeath dear,

and he keeps it, out of sight.

I'm in , my guess is.Mac the knife . Sinatra(I think)

Could you whisper in my ear

The things you wanna feel

I'll give you anything

To feel it comin'

Do you wake up on your own

And wonder where you are

You live with all your faults

Slide......... Goo Goo Dolls

Well, I used to be a folk singer

Keeping managers alive,

When you saw me on a corner

And told me I was jive.

So I unlocked your mind, you know

To see what I could see.

If you guarantee the postage,

I'll mail you back the key.

Well I woke up in the morning

With an arrow through my nose

There was an Indian in the corner

Tryin' on my clothes.

How about....

"I'll be the fire escape that's bolted to the ancient brick

Where you will sit and contemplate your day

I'll be the waterwings that save you if you start drowning

In an open tab when your judgment's on the brink

I'll be the phonograph that plays your favorite

Albums back as you're lying there drifting off to sleep..."

I am the highway

I am not your carpet ride

I am the sky

I am not your blowing wind

I am the sky here

I am not your automn moon

I am the night"

Mack the Knife was sung by Bobby Darin

Hmm apparently Mack the Knife was sang by a lot of people! I shoulda looked that one up first

The one I have is from Louis Armstrong :P

Here I am alone again tonight

In this old empty house

It's hard to learn what you don't think you need

Till you can't live without

Man no idea :(

My Canadian neighbor says its some Canadian guy named Rob James but he can't remember the songtitle.

Come, take me away

Remove the fear from my eyes

Feel the flame of my heart

Burning away

All conversation tonight

Hearing no one

Am I precious to you now?

Burning away

All conversation tonight

Hearing no one

Am I precious to you now?

That would be Disturbed, Rise :P

Awesome band

Since I got stumped by country maybe I can stump you back with this :P

This city desert makes you feel so cold,

It's got so many people, but it's got no soul,

And it's taking you so long, to find out you were wrong,

When you thought it had everything

Verse:

Four and Twenty virgins

come down from Inverness

But when the ball was over

There were four and twenty less

[Chorus]

Verse:

There was doin in the parlor

There was doin on the stones

You could not hear the music

For the wheezin and the groans

I might not give the answer that you want me to...

Are the deeds of a man in his prime

You shuffle in the gloom of the sick room

And talk to yourself as you die

Here I am failing at my own thread :(

This is Pink Floyd but I can't remember the song name.

How about this one!

In your life, you seem to have it all,

You seem to have control,

But deep within your soul, you're losing it

Try this :roflol:

Now when I wrote graffiti my name was Slop

If my rap's soup my beats is stock

Step from the tables when I start to chop

I'm a lumber jack DJ Adrock

If you try to knock me you'll get mocked

I'll stir fry you in my wok

Your knees'll start shaking and your fingers pop

Like a pinch on the neck of Mr. Spock
