Tangram
A friend gave me a pair of Zeiss, Competition glasses #7031. I think they are excellent for shooting clay targets with a shotgun. I've managed to scratch the lenses quickly. Some things I like about the Zeiss glasses: bridge low pushes lens high cables wrap around ears to hold them on high light transmission (bright) not writing about tint UV and UV Blue protective I am wondering if anyone knows the range of relative lens hardness between brands. Anti scratch coating? edited for coherence Edited December 31, 2008 by Tangram
uscbigdawg
Look at Rudy's or the Dillon Optics glasses for great ones for shotgun. Rich
AlamoShooter
The Rudy's are good but they do not have the Vr 28 -Yet Decot glasses are very popular with clays shooters. I feel like I can not shoot as good on clays unless I have my six year old Decots in #
Irishlad
I think all plastic lenses can scratch easy. I've used Decot for many years and scratched a "couple" over time. If you were buying shotgun glasses, I'd buy ones with removable lenses.
