Production question

I ahve a Para 18/9 LTD in LDA. I do not see it in the approved USPSA list. The gun weighs 41.3oz which is within the 2oz rule. Is this gun legal in production.

I am no expert on this issue, however, it is my understanding that if a gun is not on the list it has to be approved by the NROI before it is "legal".

It doesn't sound much/any different than the gun that Todd Jarrett has shot, but I'm not up on my Para's.

Maybe there is model number confusion. (Which USPSA couldn't be expected to keep up on.)

E-mail John Amidon and ask. It could be that your gun is a model variation of the approved ones on the above list. Or it may be a new model that hasn't been through the approval process.

Does it fit in the box? That is also a requirement for PD approval now.

Its the exact same gun as the 16/40 LDA except in 9mm. I'm leaving for North Dakota pheasant hunt and will e-mail John when I get back.
