As it was described to me by a former Air Force enlisted man:

"The Air Force....the service where the enlisted men send the officers off to war. Good luck on that bombing run sir. See you at the club when you get back!"

Then he went on to describe the "dorm room" he lived in and the restaurant quality chow hall they ate at and then it was "And you slept in the mud and ate c-rations so whos the smart one here ?"

Hmmmm.......

Outstanding!!!

Uh.... how about some muzzle control (3rd vid she breaks 180 in the vertical)? And... get her a gun that runs, and teach her how to not limp wrist it? And, teach her how to shoot on the move? Actually, that 3-chair drill in the 3rd vid is kind of entertaining, though...

Now believe me, you cant ask who is the smart one or we would only have one branch, OK maybe two (the one with A/C and floats) for the same pay there is a huge discrepancy in comfort between the services. Some just focus of different skill sets.

With sacrifice comes pride, and some sacrifice more than others, but all sacrifice. That little girl would make a fine Marine someday.

ya she will get it, the 180 thing is there drill about area awareness.

Talkin' about where she does the first reload, not the area awareness bit at the end of each drill... She sweeps herself on the supine draw, too... ;)

why would 90% of the Air Force care about the m16? when less than 10% uses one. You chose the wrong recruiter if you wanted to be proud of your gun handling skills.

Hmmm.....just why is it that the Marine MP's aren't allowed to actually carry loaded weapons except when "special weapons" are being guarded? Nothing like having your loaded mag safety wired in the pouch when things go bad :surprise:

You chose the wrong recruiter if you wanted to actually be part of an independant branch of the military and not just a part of the Navy.... :roflol:

A long time ago we had unloaded weapons at an area where we guarded "Highly dangerous ordnance material" but damm they kept having A.D.s

Boredom + USMC = trouble.

I think Pvts and Lance COrporals invented the "Hey y'all..watch this!" routine.

Back to the original thread...she'll make a good Marine one day.
