sparks40
I have been shooting a Limited that I purchased from Rich at Canyon Creek for the last few months and like it so well that I am thinking of getting a compact for my main carry gun. Does anyone have experience with the compact and an opinion on 9 or 40? Looks like you get 12+1 either way.

If you are buying a new gun I would personally get the .45. I have a box stock full size .45 that has been utterly reliable. If you buy a new gun you are going to get a large frame. I have read on this board of feeding problems in the large frame 9mm with magazines with more than ten round capacity. I don't know about the .40 mags in the large frame guns. I hope this helps. Nemo
My first gun ever was a Witness compact in 9mm. It shot everything I fed it but for carry IT WAS HEAVY.
