tpcdvc Posted October 22, 2008 Share Posted October 22, 2008 I really hate when I call a company about a problem with their product and the only person who I can talk to is totally ignorant about product solutions. It makes me want to ask the person............Is your dad home???? It's not like they carry a ton of stuff, just magazines mainly and that is what I'm having a problem with. Oh well I guess I'll try a different manufacturer. I just hate that I bought 8 of these darn things and they seem to be under sprung and the genious on the other end of the phone can't/won't help.
