Wideload
Can't leave well enough alone and have to tinker -- so for all lefty revo shooters, what are your opinions on the Hogue Extended Cylinder Release? Does it help or detract for a Left handeded reload on 625s? My reload sequence 1 - Left thumb crosses over the backstrap and presses the release 2 - Right thumb pushes the cylinder out 3 - Use right index finger to depress ejector while the left hand goes for a fresh load 4 - You know the rest of the sequence... Tom Mainus
I have been using them for about a year on all of my revo's. I like them. I reload just like you and to me they are the cats meow. I don't have to adjust my grip to hit the release. Most of the rightys that have tried my revo's don't like them because they chew up their thumb while shooting. Just like anything they do require a little fitting to get them to work properly. Tom

Matt Griffin
I started using the Ed Brown oversize release, and it is a big help. I haven't tried the Hogue, but I don't see why it wouldn't work; you just need something other than the stock button. H.
