It's a Shower Faucet of some kind. European wierdness to me. When? In 2005 Where? Rica Vicotira(hotel), Nevlunghavn, Norway. (i believe.) Brian and I(Henning) stayed at Rica Vicotira downtown and for some reason this faucet freaked him out enough for him to take a picture of it.I'm just putting it in here to remind him of the traumatic expereince... (contact Brian and let him know that you have been declared the Ruler of all Trivia on the forum for the month of November, 2008) Ridgerunnr might deserve some partial credit, as he got that it was a water faucet. From one angle it looks like one of those new motion sensing water faucets..lol Sure aint gun related but its a wild A** guess "Who? What? When? Where?... Tell us what you can about this picture"...
