Bigpops Posted September 17, 2008 Share Posted September 17, 2008 Been meaning to write this up for awhile now..... A little while back I ordered a caliber conversion kit from Brian. To make a long story short I had a part that just didn't fit. I contacted Brian, on a Friday, to see about getting a new part. I received an email letting me know that he was out of town, and received an alternate POC. The new POC was a great help and recommended that I contact Dillon directly. I did...problem resolved. On Monday afternoon I received a phone call from Brian asking me if things had been taken care of and wondering if he could still help. My point to all of this? First off, if any of you are lurking on this site, debating (as i did for several months) on whether you want a Dillon, and whether you want to order from Brian....then wonder no more. I have always been impressed with the quick responses I have received from Brian concerning my countless emails, that must contain the "same old questions" he receives over and over, and yet, you never get that impression from him. Second of all ....you cannot beat the customer service from both Brian and Dillon. Top notch service and expertise....nothing short of that. I cannot think of to many companies that actually "follow up". All I can say is ....Thank you! Of all my purchases lately, this was my smartest one. To bad you don't make guns! S.T.
