Nik Habicht Posted August 22, 2008 Share Posted August 22, 2008 A lot of the safety and performance concerns with a table start can be eliminated by focusing your attention on the gun at "Standby" and having a plan. Everyone of us picks up probably 100 objects every day, most of them without really focusing on the task; imagine how well you can perform something you've been doing since infancy if you do it with total mindfulness....
