Jeff686
My SDB frame broke. Dillon immediately gave me an RMA, and said to send everything I so they could update/referbish it (good ole Dillon). Anyone know what the turn-around time is? I've got a spare one, so I'm not in a rush. I am just curious.
Seth
I'd love to know. I literally sent my SDB in last week and was quote 2-3 weeks. I'm hoping for less....
D. Manley
I'd love to know. I literally sent my SDB in last week and was quote 2-3 weeks. I'm hoping for less.... Mine took about 3 weeks from the time I shipped it to the time I got it back but I'm a long way from Scottsdale...2/3 of that was probably in a UPS truck. uscbigdawg
Figure about 2-3 weeks, but in the future you could just ask. Rich
Seth
I did ask and knew their stock answer. I was more interested in anecdotal information, not a stock line from somebody on the phone.

G+16
yea about 2-3 weeks depending on how backed up they are, my only problem was I did,nt have their street address for ups so it went by usps and was returned by fedex, but for the cost of rebuilt it is money well spent as mine is just like new again
Seth
For the record, I spoke with Dillon today. They received my press on June 9 and it shipped on the 13th. Hard to get too upset about that........
G+16
That's a great turnaround, but what would you expect from a great company like dillon
Jeff686
Just got mine back on Tuesday. I think that was 2 weeks from my hands to my hands... Awesome!
Lead slinger
I sent in my 450 that I got from my dad to have it refurbed and took 16 days from the day I shipped it to them to when I got it back. It really all depends on how many people are in front of you.
