TRK
How is the Sig 556 being accepted? Is it good enough for 200 to 300 yard shots at steel? Just saw some video of it being shot. Looks interesting. Thanks TRK
HSMITH
I played with one a little and it is REALLY heavy out front, like a 20" bull barrel AR. Other than that it seemed like a nice gun.
J-Ho
neat gun but there is such a vast array of choices when it comes to AR's. God know's how many gadget's calibers and everything else, as far as 3 gun rifles are concerned, it seems like money spent on an AR is a better choice. Just for a cool rifle, why the hell not, go for the Sig.
spd522
My observations with the one I shot.......... Accurate Good trigger Crappy factory iron sights. As mentioned it is a tad heavy out front. A different/better rear stock may add weight and help with balance. It needs a comp on the barrel end instead of the flash hider. Throws spent brass about 25 ft but in a small area. With an optic, it should have no problem at 300yds. I like it enough to probably get one, although I would make some of the mods I described.
