DJPoLo Posted April 4, 2008 Share Posted April 4, 2008 It is with a very heavy heart that I tell you about the passing of Sandy Rigg yesterday. Sandy was a big supporter of competative shooting and did a huge amount of volunteer work for the Austin Rifle Club along with her husband, Dana Rigg. Dana was a past president of the Austin Lone Star Practical Pistol club and both Dana and Sandy are CompetitionDVD.com team members and can be seen in many of the early DVD releases from my company. Dana has asked that we not phone him at this time as he is dealing with arrangements and family and will let us all know when an Austin service will be planned. -Chet Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

shred Posted April 4, 2008 Share Posted April 4, 2008 That is very sad. Sandy was always upbeat, enthusiastic and fun to be around. We miss her already. Sandy also kept the safety yahoos off my back several times at the range when people thought I couldn't possibly be hitting anything at the speed I was shooting. She knew better.
