Did Elizabeth last night in 13-ish, which is slow as heck... ring dips really slowed me down. I hit failure after, like, the 5th rep in the first set... but that's better than I've done before on ring dips, so.... Also, was working scaled weight - 95# on the bar. Basically made it straight through the cleans, except in the last set where I started to get the "tweety bird" effect and about fell over... something about fatigue??? :D

Did most of todays workout this morning. Can't go full bore all week cause I'm in firefighter school all week. Have the flashover trailer in the morning so I might hold off until after I get that done. Today was a real smoker anyway. I hope there are no ore legs tommorow.
