shadetree Posted December 11, 2007 Share Posted December 11, 2007 (edited) I Was having some trouble with my sdb so I took it appart and found that most of the primer seating plunger was gone. While I was taking it appart dumbs#@$ that I am I lay the maching on it's side and broke the chute for loaded ammo. I was looking for replacement parts on dillons web site and couldn't find them so I gave them a call. They took down my personall information first and then had me explain my problems. Turns out they wouldn't let my buy the parts I needed. Even though I bought the press used ( and I told them that I had) they are mailing them to me at no charge. What a great company.
