I had the same problem when using the tube they supplied. I've had better luck using the dillon tube. Pull the tip off, line up, and pull the trigger. Hope that helps.

That's a good point B has: Are you using those plastic thingies that are supposed to hold the tube to the handle? As advised elsewhere, I just do not use them and just hold the raw end of the tube in place. Works fine.

I have found that if you hold the unit at too much of an angle the primer will flip when it starts going into the tube. Keep it at just enough of an angle to keep the primers moving into the corner.

As others have mentioned, I jettisoned the plastic adaptor and just hold the tube in place - no more jams. And getting the primers to go in the right way involves some finesse in the angle you hold the unit. Typically, too much of a tilt, while it moves the primers quickly, will turn some sideways.
