Scooter, you can stand proud in this thread, that is a FINE looking setup :) Oh and by the way you BETTER hang on to that woman she has your best interest at heart

I hear ya, double edge sword though now she it shooting. Although it makes her sympathetic to the cause I need to double the output. Now I got two kids plinking with the 22 also. I need to work more for our addiction;)

This is very interesting to me but most of the posted pictures won't open. Why not?

It seems that I was at the oldest end of the subject and most of those pictures are dead. Since asking and getting to the newest posts I am getting some mighty fine pictures of loading set-ups.

Here are a few pictures of my setup. I made it by welding together some scrap bed frames. The top is two layers of cabinet grade plywood glued and bolted to it. I then laminated it with formica and routed out two channels for Rocklers t-track that I then also bolted all the way through the top for increased strength. It's very solid. I also added some lights to the press that are similar to a kit you can buy but I made it myself so i could use higher density LED's for increased brightness. I'll add some pics of that too in another post.

Finished my reloading bench Monday. Got a number of ideas from the pictures in this thread, so I thought I'd post a picture of mine now that it's done. Took this picture just after completing everything and cleaning up. It will never be this clean again!

My brother in law did all the carpentry work and did a great job. It's a perfect fit for the space I had available in my back room. Still waiting for the press... Brian said it should be here in another week... Can't wait!

For those of you that have your bench set up on carpeted flooring, how hard is it to keep it clean? I am wanting to use our 3rd bedroom for loading and i dont want my wife kicking my ass for it.

If you can keep primers from going everywhere it is not that bad. The many used primer fixes for the 650 here should solve that problem. Cleaning brass may be the worst thing, depending on how you do that. Loose corncob can get everywhere and it can be dusty. I just got used to the ass kicking, you go numb after a while.
