glockadict
I just got a Dawson Super Tuned Edge, and shot it for the first time tonight. I absolutely love it. The one thing that I noticed about it is that it get really hot after 100+ rounds. Is this normal? The pistol is hadchromed, I have a stainless Para 16-40, and a blued STI Trojan neither gets as hot as my Edge.
G-ManBart
I've noticed mine gets a little warm, but I try not to shoot more than a couple of mags before a break. I like to shoot a couple, paste the targets, reload mags and then shoot more. That couple of minutes is enough to keep it from getting really hot. I did note that it "seemed" to run hotter with factory ammo than my handloads, which could be that the factory stuff was a higher PF etc....hard to say really. glockadict
I was shooting titegroup. I shot it again, and it did not get near as hot. I shot WST, and N320.
