From James Foster: You most likely would not remember me from your trip to Australia a couple of years ago. I was at the training in Melbourne, but I'm certain you would remember my good friend Jonathan Ashton. I am sorry to have to inform you that JD was involved in a light plane crash last Friday and he and Stephen Ayres, who's apartment you stayed in, were killed. •••••••• JD was a student of mine in Australia, but, more than that he was a friend. You don't get many of those in life, cherish them while they are around. To a hell of a shooter and great guy, drinks are on me when I catch up with ya.
