Flexmoney
Isn't Cagney one of those "never trust an automatic" guys?
icer
Flex--- Just do what we boys from Nevada do in the PRK.........Don't ask. Don't tell. And smile sweetly at the nice officer. Should be a great match!
ErikW
Flex, unloaded in locked case and you're legal. (No ammo in that case.) I'm going to have to skip the match unless a cold front moves in that weekend. That range is unhealthily hot that time of year and there is little shade available. (Bad planning guys!) Waitaminnit, did someone say cash awards?
David Benzick
Erik has it covered as far as transporting firearms in this state. I also agree with the comment that it will most likely be hot then. However, we'll be constructing shade structures for the match, and it should be a good time for those who don't mind the heat. Sorry to hear you won't be making it, Erik. Always a pleasure to shoot with you.
midvalleyshooter
Erik that heat is the home field advantage:) Stay cool, Keith
Scooter
Don't worry about bringing the open guns. There is a provision in the stupid assault weapon law that allows competition shooters to bring into the state an assault weapon to be used for a match. This was mainly because of the End of Trails event. June will be in the 80-90's, at least it won't be in the 100's.
