AikiDale
So there I was on the USPSA forum nearing the end of a rather lengthy explanation of my position in the no shoot debate when my laptop shut down. At first I thought an auto update (I was sure I turned that off) was restarting after installing in the background. It did not come back on. WTF? After powering back on I restarted Firefox really not wanting to rethink and type the post I had nearly just finished. Firefox asked if I wanted to restore the interrupted session. I said yes. IPB asked for the USPSA id and password and I supplied it. Wholly Second Chance Batman! I was right back in my post without a character lost. tomfturner
And even better than that it doesn't get corrupted by all the stuff that creeps in on IE.
baa
Firefox is awesome. Tabbed browsing, secure from most browser based exploits, fast rendering engine, super search capabilities. I can't remember the last time I fired up Internet Exploder.
warpspeed
I love firefox. It was the tabs that hooked me. I will admit that it does not always play well with others..........

eric nielsen
And it works with Windows98. That and mplayer2 are about the only things that still work with W98 pc's so if you have one in the basement or wherever, Firefox will keep it on life-support.
