Anthony Lombardo
Here is a great new FIXED sight for BO-MAR equipped guns. This will solve A LOT of durability problems, IMO. Great sight picture too. http://forums.1911forum.com/showthread.php?t=161699
Merlin Orr
That is a nice looking sight for sure. I like the way it can be "adjusted" without a drift punch...
bulm540
Isn't Phil Strader using a fix sight?Couldn't remember who makes them. I am looking at putting a fix sight on my limited gun. My adjustable sight is is broke again. Edited January 6, 2007 by bulm540
yoshidaex
+1 on the windage adjustment. unless the screws go straight thru to the dovetail piece. I like that front bushing and recoil plug. the one piece look. cool.
ErikW
two piece design of a separate dovetail and body joined by two 6-32 screws and supported by the shoulders of the dovetail. In installation, the dovetail mount is fitted to the slide, then the sight body is attached to the mount, being drawn down flat and snug against the top of the slide. The sight is designed to allow a minimum of .030" lateral movement to each side of center enabling the shooter to correct for windage. I can break that sight in two months. That's quite a barn door of a blade.
