Lifespan Of Alloy Frame Kimber

Recommended Posts

I am shooting open, and would also like to shoot SS.

I have a kimber with an alloy frame how much can I shoot it without wearing it out??

If I like SS as a second class I will get a new gun when I can find a few extra bucks.

For now it is the only one I have.

Thanks Jim

They are allegedly the toughest aluminum frames out there.

shoot it as much as you want. if and when it does wear out excessively, send it back to kimber and have them give you a new frame. make sure no one works on the gun. kimber won't acknowledge warranty if said gun has been worked on by a outside smith.
