GentlemanJim
I am shooting open, and would also like to shoot SS. I have a kimber with an alloy frame how much can I shoot it without wearing it out?? If I like SS as a second class I will get a new gun when I can find a few extra bucks. For now it is the only one I have. Thanks Jim

yoshidaex
shoot it as much as you want. if and when it does wear out excessively, send it back to kimber and have them give you a new frame. make sure no one works on the gun. kimber won't acknowledge warranty if said gun has been worked on by a outside smith.
