Shipster
Has any body installed a Chip or Timney trigger in a Cav Arms lower. If so how did it work out? Did you have to mod anything or was it as simple as drop it in and go?

TRUBL
Unless they changed the inside of the cav arms lower (radi in the bottom) they may not fit with out some modification. I put in a standard JP in mine and havent looked back.
SinistralRifleman
I put a McCormick in one of mine, you will have to dremel out the front edge inside the trigger group area of the receiver for it to fit.
Cactustactical
Sinistral beat me to the punch, but yes youwill have to dremel out a small section of the lower. It took me about 10 minutes on the one I did. We got McCormick single stage curved triggers back in stock a few weeks ago. There are a few left. No idea on if they will produce the flats, I can not get a definitive answer on that.

Sure, after I spent all of last winter looking for one and finally sending my lower all the way out to the midwest to have JP put their trigger in. NOW, they're back in production.
