jessej
So my buddy buys a keg for his fathers birthday. And being that they are traditional Chinese they don't like any beer besides Heineken. Don't ask me why, haha. So tomorrow morning he will show up with a 15 gallon keg of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Looks like I will be drinking tomorrow morning...... again..... jessej
Okay after the initial foam extravaganza all is well now. It really is way too much beer for two people. So I invited some folks and we gonna make it a gun cleaning/dry fire party. Cheers, jj

Is that a DFH 120 Minute IPA there on the left? Yes, yes it is. It's getting lonely there by itself. I need to drink that one and buy more. One night I drank four of those. It was an experience I'll not soon forget.

Chuck Norris surely wets his pants in your presence! 120 is about the biggest beer I've ever had by a long, long shot. Hell, it is more akin to bourbon than beer. I have a pair of bottles sitting in a dark, seldom opened closet waiting for the right occassion. It makes my brother-in-law laugh because he purchased a case of it and thinks I'm weird for only having two. Go figure!

I do NOT recomend drinking more than 3 in one sitting anymore, but 4 is possible. Just not advisable. When I said I'd not soon forget it, I actually meant I can't remember it! I kind of lost track of time sometime after finishing the 4th bottle. You can get 1/6 kegs of 120, did you know that? Somewhere around $300 for a sixtel, not that I'd ever consider doing that... TDean
I'm a hophead, but the 120ipa is just too much for me. Expensive stuff too! I currently have a keg of Skagit Brewery's Trumpeter Swan Stout. It's rated at 12% ABW. (which I think means it 13-14% ABV). Wheew! I think the next 1/6 bbl will be Sierra Nevada's Celebration Ale.

GeorgeInNePa
Who has kegerators at home ? Ok, come on, the rest of you. Admit it, you like beer as much as I do.
TDean
Who has kegerators at home ? Holy hophead-heaven, I'm pretty sure George will ba a shoe-in to our local beer-lov'n/shooting (not ness.in that order) crowd! I wanna be invited to his 4th of July party! That's a great question for a poll Flex: What amount of beer do you drink per month (do you own a kegerator should be MAX vote?), and what's your highest USPSA classification. I know.., well, ok... heard because we never been properly introduced, that J-Go gal hungers for the craft brews. There must be a link 'tween the preservative attributes of hops and the hoppy-attributes of the best in our shooting sports. I gives me a slight gut...or as I refer to it, "my liquid-grain storage facility". That, fo-shizzle, gives me a low'a cent'a of gravitiee.
