Chris Keen
310 is too fast for .40 N320 makes a better choice in this caliber.
Flexmoney
New to caliber...310...40... I'll stand behind Chris. (I don't see in gain to be had by pushing this limit. 320 an TG are about as fast as anybody goes.)
ryucasta
I would agree with the previous posters that N310 is a tad bit to fast a burning powder for 40S&W but if that’s the only powder you have then this might help... 40_SW_with_N310.pdf
Adam B
loaded to 1.20 or longer and it is fine. I have shot several thousand now and had zero issues. If you are going to load to SAAMI spec length then don't even think about it.
kmitchl
I tried N310, N320, Titegroup and AA2 for minor/IDPA ESP loads. I use N310 exclusively for 9mm loads but was unable to get any satisfactory results in 40. I landed on AA2 with Fed mag primers for the best SD over the chrono.
