9X21 in STI / SV gun

I have not seen STI or SV in 9X21, Caspian yes.

What do you think of building a 9X21 in the above mentioned frame? With the 9X21, I can also shoot 9X19 using one frame and two complete topends.

At the moment my EA-9 has 3 complete topends in:-

1/ 9X21 /open-class    (Nowlin bbl with EGW 4 port comp.)

2/ 9X19 /open-class    (WCPI bbl with EGW 4 port comp.)

3/ 9X19 /limited-class (Briley bbl)

Had a bit of extraction problem with the Briley bbl and I managed to solve the problem by opening up the chamber a little bit and is OK

Beauty is I use the same magazines. All I need is to change to a heavier recoil-spring for 9X21.

Do you think I can get the same set-up with a STI or SV?

A few guys up here have been running 9x21 STI's. They run excellent, however remember that unlike a P-9, the mags are 1911 length, which means you have to load long. With 9x21 this is no prob, but you might find you have to use heavy bullets in the 9x19 to get the length you need to seat it out. It will work fine though, one of my early mentors in the sport shot a Para in 9x19 major and it worked great (the  mags are dimentionally similar)

And I know the gun Matt Burkett shot at the Limited Nationals last year was a real cool 9x19 SVI so I don't forsee a problem, I believe it as functioning with factory 9mm.
