Pablo
I am thinking of purchasing a .22 pistol and installing a red dot scope on it to practice.I shoot strictly open and I've gotten different feedback. Is this a good method to practice indexing and maybe draws.I understand that it's not the same thing as my regular .38 super, but I would only practice certain things that would apply. Can anyone give me some good feedback on this topic before I go out and buy a .22 and a red dot scope? warpspeed
What kind of 38 super do you have? Marvel makes a top end that goes on just about any 1911 variation inc. S_I widebody guns. Accuracy is excelent and they are very reliable. http://www.marvelprod.com/beauty.htm might want to consider
shred
.22 conversions rock. Same grip, trigger, holster, etc. I converted a Ceiner kit to fit my STI and it now works great. The Marvel is pricier, but more accurate and requires significantly less milling to install (ie: none)
