Intel6
Well I dusted off my Open gun and started shooting it again after a few years. I was having a great time and ended up running a few hundered rounds through it on some steel and a platerack. Well towards the end of my session I started missing almost every shot? I quickly figured out why it was happening. I lost two of the 3 screws on the right side and was about to loose the 3rd. I had a few spares that Wayne Berquist sent when I had the gun built but learned how they come loose when I first started shooting it and had used them. Bottom line is I have no screws and need to get some. Are they something that I have to get specifically for the C More? Any info on sources would be appreciated. rkgsmith
Your looking for 5-40's, which are uncommon in most hardware stores. Call George or C-more in Virginia. If it helps I put them in with red loctite. You can get them loose if you really need to.
Brazos Custom
You need 5-40 screws 3/8 inch long and then trim the length a little depending on the thickness of your dust cover. You don't want them to stick out and scratch the slide. I've got tons of them, e-mail me your address and I will send you some.
