Jack Suber
Just wanted to give everyone the heads-up about the 2007 South Carolina Sectional Championship. The match will be held at Mid-Carolina Rifle Club in Columbia, April 12 - 13. We will have the same format: 1 day format, shoot either Friday or Saturday, cash payout, and banquet afterward at the match hotel. This year we will have 9 stages and chronograph. The only change with staff is that I was suckered into, I mean talked into being the match director. More info to come. The application will be available on-line soon. We expect to sell out again. As usual, we would love to have volunteers/ROs. If you have any questions you can email Linda or me. Thanks for supporting our match in previous years and we look forward to seeing you in April. Jack Suber
The match application is up on-line along with hotel info, etc. The application and match info is available at (http:lchico.5u.com). This year, we will not be competing against the Masters so hotel space should not be a problem. Also, the match hotel is now a Ramada and is currently undergoing a full renovation. Each room will have a fridge and microwave. Also, don't forget about our Toys for Tots match December 9, 2006! JFD
My wife and I will be there for sure. This will be her first big match. Since I didn't do anything this year, I'll provide a stage that is both fun and evil. I might bring all 3 swingers and the running man gizmo again, as I learned a lot about how NOT to do it in 2005. I want to get it right this time.
Jack Suber
Just wanted to post an update - The match will be 8 stages - 230 rounds. We will be posting the stages as soon as they are apporved. I have posted images of what the shirts will look like at: http://www.southcarolina-uspsa.org/TSHIRTPAGEmain.htm If you have already sent in your app (and didn't order a shirt), you can still do so. Just email me or Linda with your order. We look forward to seeing you in April.

LChico
The 2007 SC State USPSA Section Match will be held April 13th and 14th. The match filled by March 7th last year & applications this year are running 10% ahead of last year. If you plan to attend, get the application in soon. We are a one day match. You can shoot either day. This year, the application will NOT be in Front Sight Magazine. It is available on-line. You're more than welcome to shoot on my squad...2 other fellow BE-ers will be with me. It will be really easy to put together several BE squads. I am probably the most flexible stats person you have ever met on squadding. The applications do not have to arrive together. I don't care if the requests come in a month after the application. You can get me requests by email or by phone. I am happy to honor squadding requests. Once your other friends get confirmations, figure out who you want on the squad & fire off an email (not on the forum -- from the match website). I save all the requests so that I can refer to them when I start squadding. Linda Chico (L-2035) 2007 SC State Match Statistician
