johnhurd
After all the times it has been run into stones, 22 cases and berdan cases the decap shaft gave up the ghost as did the cap that holds the decap pin. Does anybody know iof they warranty this part or am I the 1st to grunge one out. It is the newer type spring loaded....

al503
I hit a rock in a case and bent the entire assembly. I called dillon trying to buy one and they sent one under warranty.

George
I have yet to find any part on my 550 that Dillon will allow me to pay for when it breaks :-)
tightloop
It really is a No BS warranty... Same way with Loomis fly rods...I was trying to teach my daughter to fly cast and she hung it in a tree and snapped the tip...New rod on the way...no BS... al503
It really is a No BS warranty... Exactly. I always try to buy something else whether I need something or not so I can at least pay for the shipping.
