what kind of shock buffs did j. nagel use?? thanks...

the first thing I did was use a flat wire spring cut back to prvide the proper stroke .

the second thing and most important was to cut the frame stop back so the spring stops the slide at rearward travel with out poping the frame. . . . . John

What part of the frame did you mill?

Another Question, who should I send my CCF frame to for slide and barrel fitting?

For those of you who are interested in these frames, my sponsor has a special going on from now until the end of the year. If you buy a CCF frame from him you can get either:

A: A Duracoat finish (single color) on the frame for $25.00.

B: $25.00 off of the cost of the frame.

Frames are $349.00 (plus shipping).

So for choice "A" you get the frame and a single color Duracoat finish for $374.00 (plus shipping).

Or for "B" you get the frame for $324.00 (plus shipping).

Please let him know Carter sent you.

Thanks folks and be safe.

You do realize you asking one of the top Glock gunsmith's who you should send your firearm to, don't you? MadScientist own/operates Glock Jockey (SJC)

The answer would be no, I obviously didn't.

I don't know who you are, but that was funny!

Hey all.

I moved the lastest question into it's own thread.

I am going to close this thread. We are getting into specific questions now, that deserve their own topics. It's hard to find good info is 13 pages of stuff.

Thanks...and keep the discussions flowing.
