One day he comes into the patient's room and informs him that he has some bad news -and also some very bad news. Which would he like to hear first? The already frightened patient says: " "Tell me the bad news first". Dr. MacDonald says:" You're going to die in 24 hours". The patient screams: " Migod, Doctor! What could be the very bad news?"
