Appendix E's description of Rifle standard division has no prohibition, it says modifications are allowed. US 12.1.11 deals with spare ammo and it states that "spare ammunition and/or reloading devices must be carried or worn on the person OR ON THE EQUIPMENT in safely designed pouches, pockets, or loops ..... Spare ammunition loops or pouches fitted to or intregal with, the firearm stock or butt are permitted." I'd say that a redi-mag is a safely designed pocket on my equipment.
